In order to use WINIW software (hereinafter referred to as "this software") and services, you should read and abide by the " WINIW Software License and Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the contents of each clause, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability, as well as the separate agreement for opening or using a service, and choose to accept or not to accept it. You have no right to download, install or use this software and related services unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement. 2. About this service

On the basis of sending instant messaging services such as voice messages, videos, pictures and texts, it also provides users with services including but not limited to Software licenses and services for functions or content such as relationship chain expansion, convenient tools, and open platforms (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
2.2 The form of this service
2.2.1 You need to download WINIW client software to use this service. For this software, WINIW gives you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license. You may use the software and services only for the purpose of accessing or using the service.
2.2.2 The WINIW client software in this service provides application versions including but not limited to iOS, Android, etc. The user must select the software version that matches the installed terminal device.
2.3 Scope of this service license
2.3.1 WINIW grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use this software. You may install, use, display and run this software on a single terminal device for non-commercial purposes.
2.3.2 You may make one copy of the Software for the purpose of using the Software and Services, for backup purposes only. The backup copy must contain all copyright information contained in the original software.
2.3.3 All other rights not expressly authorized by this article and other terms of this agreement are still reserved by WINIW , and you must obtain the written permission of WINIW when exercising these rights. WINIW 's failure to exercise any of the foregoing rights does not constitute a waiver of such rights.
3. Acquisition of software
3.1 You can obtain this software directly from WINIW 's website, or from a third party authorized by WINIW .
3.2 If you obtain this software or an installation program with the same name as this software from a third party that is not authorized by WINIW , WINIW cannot guarantee that the software can be used normally, and is not responsible for any loss caused to you.
4. Software installation and uninstallation
4.1 WINIW may develop different software versions for different terminal devices, you should choose to download the appropriate version for installation according to the actual situation.
4.2 After downloading the installer, you need to follow the steps prompted by the program to install it correctly.
4.3 In order to provide more high-quality and secure services, WINIW may recommend you to install other software during the installation of this software, and you can choose to install it or not.
4.4 If you no longer need to use this software or need to install a new version of the software, you can uninstall it yourself. If you are willing to help WINIW improve product services, please inform the reason for the uninstallation.
5. Software update
5.1 In order to improve the user experience and improve the service content, WINIW will continue to strive to develop new services and provide you with software updates from time to time (these updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, function enhancement, version upgrade, etc.).
5.2 In order to ensure the security and functional consistency of the software and services, WINIW has the right to update the software without special notice to you, or to change or limit some functions and effects of the software.
5.3 After the new version of the software is released, the old version of the software may not be available. WINIW does not guarantee that the old version of the software will continue to be available and the corresponding customer service, please check and download the latest version at any time.
6. User personal information protection
6.1 Protecting users' personal information is a basic principle of WINIW , and WINIW will take reasonable measures to protect users' personal information. Except for the situations stipulated by laws and regulations, WINIW will not disclose or disclose the user's personal information to third parties without the user's permission. WINIW uses professional encrypted storage and transmission methods for relevant information to ensure the security of users' personal information.
6.2 In the process of registering an account or using this service, you need to provide some necessary information, for example: in order to provide you with account registration services or user identification, you need to fill in your mobile phone number; the real-time interactive function requires your consent to use your location. 6.6 WINIW attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain the prior written consent of your parent or legal guardian before using WINIW 's services.
7. The main rights and obligations clause
7.1 Account usage specifications
7.1.1 You need to register a WINIW account before using this service. The WINIW account can only be registered through the mobile phone number, and the invitation code can be obtained from the recommender or WINIW customer service during registration. WINIW has the right to change the method of account registration according to user needs or product needs.
7.1.2 The ownership of the WINIW account belongs to the WINIW company. After the user completes the registration application, he only obtains the right to use the WINIW account, and the right to use only belongs to the initial application registrant. At the same time, the initial application registrant shall not give, borrow, lease, transfer or sell the WINIW account or otherwise permit non-initial application registrants to use the WINIW account. Non-initial application registrants shall not use WINIW account by gift, inheritance, lease, assignment or any other means.
7.1.3 The user is responsible for keeping the registered account information and account password safe, and the user needs to take legal responsibility for the behavior under the registered account and password. The user agrees not to disclose account and password information to others under any circumstances. When you suspect someone else is using your account, you should notify WINIW immediately.
7.1.4 If the user does not log in to the account for a long time after registering the WINIW account, WINIW has the right to reclaim the account, so as to avoid waste of resources, and any loss caused thereby shall be borne by the user.
7.2 User Notes
7.2.1 You understand and agree: In order to provide you with effective services, this software will utilize the resources such as the processor and bandwidth of your terminal device. Data traffic fees may be incurred during the use of this software, and users need to obtain relevant tariff information from the operator and bear the relevant fees by themselves.
7.2.2 You understand and agree: some functions of this software may allow third parties to know the user's information, for example: the user's WINIW friends can query the user's avatar, name, WINIW number or the content of the circle of friends and other publicly available personal information; Users who use mobile phone numbers to register WINIW account, WINIW account can be queried by friends who have this number in the address book; after users follow WINIW public account, they will become public account follow users, and WINIW public account can obtain the profile picture and name of follow users according to their functional rights , WINIW number, message comment content, pictures, videos and other information, and can send messages through the WINIW public platform to interact with followers. Follow the user's news comment content, pictures and videos uploaded to the public account can be published in the public account by the WINIW public account with corresponding functional permissions for third parties to view.
7.2.3 When you use a specific service of the software, the service may have separate agreements, related business rules, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "separate agreements"). Before using the service, please read and agree to the relevant separate agreement.
7.2.4 You understand and agree that WINIW will use its commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of your data storage in the software and services, but WINIW cannot provide a complete guarantee, including but not limited to the following situations:
7.2.4.1 WINIW is not responsible for your deletion or failure to store relevant data in the software and services;
7.2.4.2 WINIW has the right to determine the maximum storage period of data in the software and services for a single user according to the actual situation, and allocate the maximum storage space for data on the server. You can back up the relevant data in the software and services according to your own needs;
7.2.4.3 If you stop using the software and services or the services are terminated or cancelled, WINIW can permanently delete your data from the server. After the service is stopped, terminated or cancelled, WINIW is not obliged to return any data to you.
7.2.5 When using the software and services, the user shall bear the following risks beyond the control of WINIW , including but not limited to:
7.2.5.1 Risks such as loss and leakage of personal information that may be caused by irresistible factors;
7.2.5.2 The user must select the software version that matches the installed terminal device, otherwise, any problem or damage caused by the mismatch between the software and the terminal device model shall be borne by the user;
7.2.5.3 When users use this software to access third-party websites, the risks that may be caused by third-party websites and related content shall be borne by the users themselves;
7.2.5.4 The risks and responsibilities that may be caused by the content published by users being forwarded and shared by others;
7.2.5.5 Due to unstable wireless network signal, low wireless network bandwidth and other reasons, the risk of WINIW login failure, incomplete data synchronization, and slow page opening speed are caused.
7.3 Third-party products and services
7.3.1 When you use the products or services provided by third parties of this software, in addition to complying with this agreement, you should also abide by the user agreement of the third party. WINIW and third parties are responsible for possible disputes within the scope of legal provisions and agreements.
7.3.2 When the user uses the software or requests WINIW to provide specific services, the software may call a third-party system or support the user's use or access through a third party, and the results of the use or access are provided by the third party (including but not limited to Services provided by third parties through WINIW public accounts, or content accessed through open platforms, etc.), WINIW does not guarantee the security, accuracy, validity and other uncertain risks of services and content provided by third parties, so if Any disputes and damages arising therefrom have nothing to do with WINIW , and WINIW does not assume any responsibility.
7.3.3 You understand and agree that WINIW has the right to decide to use this software for commercial purposes, including but not limited to developing and using some services of this software for third-party promotion, etc. WINIW promises to strictly follow this agreement in the promotion process to protect Your personal information, and you can also choose to block or refuse to receive relevant promotional information according to the system settings.
8. User Code of Conduct

8.1.1 The information content described in this article refers to any content produced, copied, published, and disseminated by users during the use of the software and services, including but not limited to WINIW account avatars, names, user descriptions and other registration information, or text, voice, etc. , pictures and other sending, replying, pictures and texts in the circle of friends and related link pages, as well as other content generated by using WINIW account or this software and services.
8.1.2 You understand and agree that WINIW has always been committed to providing users with a civilized, healthy, standardized and orderly network environment. You shall not use the WINIW account or this software and services to create, copy, publish, and disseminate the following interference with the normal operation of WINIW , and infringement of The content of the legitimate interests of other users or third parties, including but not limited to:
8.1.2.1 Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that violates national laws and regulations:
(1) Violating the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damage to national honor and interests;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Undermining the state's religious policy and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror or instigating crimes;
(8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(9) Inciting illegal assemblies, associations, processions, demonstrations, and gatherings to disrupt social order;
(10) Acting in the name of an illegal non-governmental organization;

8.2 Software usage specifications
8.2.1 Unless permitted by law or written permission of WINIW , you shall not engage in the following acts during the use of this software:
8.2.1.1 Delete the copyright information on this software and its copies;
8.2.1.2 Reverse engineer, disassemble, reverse compile the software, or try to discover the source code of the software in other ways;
8.2.1.3 Using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, compiling, publishing, publishing, establishing mirror sites, etc. for the contents of which WINIW has intellectual property rights;
8.2.1.4 Copy, modify, add and delete the software or the data released into the memory of any terminal during the running of the software, the interactive data between the client and the server during the running of the software, and the system data necessary for the running of the software , hook operation or create any derivative works, including but not limited to using plug-ins, plug-ins or non- WINIW authorized third-party tools/services to access the software and related systems;

8.2.1.7 Interfere with this software and its components, modules and data by itself or authorize others or third-party software;
8.2.1.8 Other behaviors not expressly authorized by WINIW .
8.2.2 You understand and agree that, based on comprehensive factors such as user experience, WINIW operational security, platform rules requirements, and healthy development, WINIW has the right to choose who to provide services, the right to decide the function settings, the right to decide the function opening, data interface and The object and scope of relevant data disclosure. In the following circumstances, the right to suspend or terminate the provision of this service, including but not limited to:
8.2.2.1 Violation of laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement;
8.2.2.2 Affecting service experience;

8.2.2.4 Similar to or identical to the existing main functions or functional components of WINIW or its service platform, or can realize the main utility of the above-mentioned functions or functional components;
8.2.2.5 The interface, style, function, description or user experience is similar to WINIW or its service platform, which may cause WINIW users to think that the functions or services they use are from WINIW or authorized by WINIW ;
8.2.2.6 Violation of WINIW 's operating principles or other management requirements of WINIW .
8.3 Service Operation Specifications
Unless permitted by law or written permission of WINIW , you shall not engage in the following acts during the use of this service:
8.3.1 Submitting or publishing false information, or impersonating or using the name of others;
8.3.2 Inducing other users to click on linked pages or share information;
8.3.3 Fabricating facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;
8.3.4 Infringing on other's legal rights such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc.;
8.3.5 Using the WINIW account and any functions, as well as third-party operating platforms to promote or promote each other without the written permission of WINIW ;
8.3.6 Using WINIW account or this software and services to engage in any illegal and criminal activities;
8.3.7 Produce, publish, or operate or disseminate methods and tools related to the above acts, whether or not these acts are for commercial purposes;
8.3.8 Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of the product, or do not expressly authorize WINIW .
8.4 Take responsibility for your own actions
You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all actions under your registered account, including any content you post and any consequences arising therefrom. You should make your own judgment on the content of this service, and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including the risk arising from the reliance on the correctness, completeness or usefulness of the content. WINIW cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the foregoing risks.
8.5 Handling of breach of contract
8.5.1 If WINIW finds or receives reports from others or complains that the user violates this agreement, WINIW has the right to delete or block the relevant content at any time without notice, and impose penalties on the offending account, including but not limited to warnings and restrictions, depending on the circumstances of the behavior. Or prohibit the use of some or all of the functions, account ban or even cancellation penalties, and announce the results.
8.5.2 You understand and agree that WINIW has the right to impose penalties on violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement according to reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates laws and regulations, and save relevant information to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations. Reports, etc., the user shall solely bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
8.5.3 You understand and agree that if you violate the provisions of this agreement or related service terms, resulting in or resulting in any claims, demands or losses claimed by third parties, you shall be independently responsible;If WINIW suffers losses as a result, you should also compensate together.
9. Intellectual property statement
9.1 WINIW is the intellectual property right holder of this software. All copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights of this software, as well as all information content related to this software (including but not limited to text, pictures, audio, video, graphics, interface design, layout framework, related data or electronic documents, etc.) are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the corresponding international treaties, WINIW enjoys the above intellectual property rights, except for the rights that the relevant rights holders should enjoy in accordance with the law.
9.2 Without the written consent of WINIW or relevant rights holders, you shall not implement, utilize or transfer the above intellectual property rights by yourself or by permitting any third party for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.
10. Terminal security responsibility
10.1 You understand and agree that this software, like most Internet software, may be affected by a variety of factors, including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment, etc.; it may also be affected by various security issues, including However, it is not limited to illegal use of user information by others for harassment in reality; other software downloaded and installed by users or other websites visited may contain viruses, Trojan programs or other malicious programs, threatening your terminal device information and data security, and then affecting normal use of this software, etc. Therefore, you should strengthen the awareness of information security and personal information protection, and pay attention to password protection to avoid losses.
10.2 You are not allowed to create, publish, use, or disseminate malicious programs used to steal WINIW accounts and other people's personal information and property.
10.3 Maintaining software security and normal use is the joint responsibility of WINIW and you. WINIW will reasonably and prudently take necessary technical measures to protect the security of your terminal device information and data in accordance with industry standards, but you acknowledge and agree that WINIW cannot provide a complete guarantee in this regard.
10.4 Under any circumstances, you should not take loans, ask for passwords or other network information involving property. If it involves property operations, please verify the identity of the other party first, and please always pay attention to WINIW 's tips on preventing fraud and crimes.
11. Third-party software or technology
11.1 This software may use third-party software or technologies (including open source codes and public domain codes that may be used by this software, the same below), and such use has been legally authorized.
11.2 If the software uses third-party software or technology, WINIW will, in accordance with relevant regulations or agreements, for relevant agreements or other documents, possibly through the attachments to this agreement, packaged in a specific folder of the software installation package, or through the open source software page. and other forms, they may be expressed in "software license agreement", "license agreement", "open source code license" or other forms. The aforementioned relevant agreements, other documents and web pages displayed in various forms are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement, and you should abide by these requirements. If you fail to comply with these requirements, the third party or state authority may sue, impose fines or take other sanctions against you, and require WINIW to assist you, and you should bear the legal responsibility yourself.
11.3 Any disputes arising from third-party software or technology used in this software shall be resolved by the third party, and WINIW shall not be held responsible. WINIW does not provide customer service support for third-party software or technology. If you need support, please contact the third-party.
12. Other
12.1 By using this software, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement. WINIW reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement when necessary. You can review the terms of the relevant agreement in the latest version of the software. After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use the software, you are deemed to have accepted the revised agreement. If you do not accept the revised agreement, you should stop using the software.
12.2 The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by Hong Kong law (excluding conflict of laws).
12.3 If there is any dispute or dispute between you and WINIW , you should first settle it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to bring the dispute or controversy to the Hong Kong District Court for litigation.
12.4 The headings of all clauses in this agreement are for reading convenience only, have no actual meaning in themselves, and cannot be used as the basis for the interpretation of the meaning of this agreement.
